Wendy's - Cooleemee

Please tell me since when do baconator fries come without bacon? I just got home with my food and of course it was missing an item and on top of that the bacon that is supposed to come on the baconator fries? I guess because I asked for extra cheese they took the bacon off???

I was on a trip when I visited this Wendy's it was really clean and the food was good. I was surprised, even the bathroom was very clean.

They got my order wrong and wouldn't even correct it. Bad service

Food was missing items. Ordered apple pecan salad and it didn't have any Pecans and they didn't give me dressing. My daughters fries has 2 completely burnt fries in it. Tried one and they definitely tasted like they had be sitting for a while.

1. Dirty should be closed.2. Always out of things.3. Staff NOT friendly!! Customer had to get some money back on something and I was behind her waiting and when she walked away ? Appeared to manager said some cuss words about her to the young not friendly cashier taking orders.4. Food COLD and gross!! Not a good representation for the Wendy’s food chain. I’ve been to other Wendy’s that are clean…have what they advertise….friendly staff…hot food.Very disappointing!!
