The Factory Coffee House - Mocksville

I have visited this restaurant multiple times. I used to work down the road about 2 miles away and would come here for my coffee on a regular basis. The coffee is excellent and the staff is great! I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.

I was very let down by my experience at this restaurant. The food was good, but it's hard to go wrong with a simple sandwich. However, the service was awful. The server, a young girl with red hair, ignored me and seemed more interested in doodling anime than doing her job. On top of that, I was charged too much and given too little change. This really upset me. I might consider giving this place another chance because the sandwich was okay, but overall, it was a disappointing experience. It's ridiculous to mess up a sandwich with just three ingredients, including the bread.

The coffee shop is very nice. The latte was made perfectly. The outside seating area has a nice atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice experience.
