Dunkin' - Coopersburg

Asked for hot decaf coffee and it was Luke warm! Don’t go to this one because it’s so bad!

Really bad cappucino. I think they gave me a cup of just hot milk

Place takes 20 minutes and always out of everything

Really slow and the girl working kept rubbing her nose, dropping things on the floor, and looking confused. 15+ mins for a regular iced coffee and a munchins is insane. Then they were out of munchins which i had already paid for on the app.

I go to this dunkin often. Im aware of how terrible it can be at times. Today was the last straw though. I stood at the counter for 5 mins today. Nobody even took my order.An employee outside playing on his phone while grabbing supplies out of storage. Also, an employee in the back corner playing on their phone.Your store would be better off if it was self-serve.I left without buying anything.
