Mcdonald's - Cooperstown

I am very happy about the quality of food I have gotten from this McDonald's, its just that their fryers have been down for several weeks so no fries, fish, nuggets or chicken sandwiches have been available. Staff are always very nice. My score is based on equipment issues only.

Not only the slowest micdonalds I have ever been to, but they have not had a deep fryer for a month now. The manager said today it could be another month before they have one. Worse micdonalds I have ever been to by far. Left with nothing, I will not be returning, There is good Chinese food next to grand union market.

We've literally sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with absolutely no movement in

There today at about 4. This puddle of idk what was on the floor for 20 minutes before it was mopped up. No slip signs up and employees walking over top of it. Took 20 minutes to get food in a dead restaurant with limited drive thru

Horribly slow nobody should have to sit in a drive thru for over 25 minutes. On top of the wait the order came out wrong.
