Service definitely needs improvement. Witnessed a couple leave because they’ve been waiting for way too long. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
Really love the “new” Bravo! It’s affordable menu that has something for everyone in my family. The reason I’m leaving a review is because we had a minor issue with our order but Bravo showed the ultimate customer service by fixing the issue. It made us love this place even more. My husband and I had a gift card for Bravo from several years ago. We knew it was closed during the pandemic so he called to confirm the gift card would be honored. He spoke with three employees prior to being told it would be honored. My husband enjoyed his pork chops, mashed potatoes and asparagus. I wish I could say I enjoyed my shrimp scampi, but that isn't the case. My meal was bland except for the occasional hint of lemon. The server didn't stop by to check if we needed anything until after we finished our meals. When he did return to present the check he disappeared again for an extended period of time. I'll conclude by saying this wasn't the experience we were hoping for. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
We had a bad and disappointing experience. I called and placed a phone order and was told it will take about 40 minutes. Once I got to Bravo they kept checking on the order and after another 35 minutes they told us that they don’t have any more bread to make the food. The least they could’ve done is call us and let us know they can’t fulfill our order instead of having us drive there and wait only to end up without food. Very disappointed!!!
I only had the lobster bisque here but holy moly was it amazing!
