Bubble World Coquitlam

Went here for the first time as none of us have ever had a Bubble Tea/drink and our 6 year old really wanted one.Had to wait in-line for quite some time to order. Then once served they also opened another till.Ordered 3 Bubble drinks and was told to wait 10mins. Was quite shocked by this.The store/Restaurant is very outdated with ripped seats and the whole place was quite dirty and cold inside. Definitely didn't make us want to sit down and stay. We waited outside for our order as it was warmer out there then inside and it was a gloomy day (Sunday Sept 3rd, 2023)The staff was very pleasant to deal with. And the Bubble drink was good. However with everything else stated above we will not be back.

Good food. Good drinks (also reasonably priced).Interior cleanliness needs major improvement. Ambiance needs an update too.

Food and service are fine, but the place desperately needs to renew their seats.

We only ordered bubble tea, but the experience was odd. First, the place looked old and neglected. Second, they do not accept credit cards. Lastly, the service was not bad, but it seemed like they only had two employees who appeared very tired. The bubble tea was good, and the prices were reasonable.

The food is great and very tasty! But the bathroom is atrocious! Yellow streaks all over, broken tissue box holder on the floor, the urinal hasn't seen a scrub since day one. Please fix the bathroom! If the bathroom is like this, what about the kitchen??
