One of my kids wanted extra bread to dip in his soup so I gave him money to get some . €8 he was charged for 4 slices of bread . Definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and I definitely wouldn’t dine here again . Our food bill was nearly €50 for terrible food and service
I ordered roast chicken,it was dry with no flavour and the vegetables tasted of nothing ,,the stuffing was not even cooked right just placed under the chicken it was dry ,it seems like the chefs have no idea how to prepare food ,a total rip off ,and to top it all the coffee was lukewarm ,,such a simple meal to prepare I don't know how they managed to mess it up ,,to much standing around chatting to each other ,,very very poor
Manager is rude and disrespectful to customers. She has no manners, no customer service skills, no respect for the business she is representing and she will openly embarrasses customers by talking about them loudly to other staff members while the staff stand there quietly looking embarrassed themselves. I wouldn't recommend supporting this business and I won't be supporting them again
I Was going in to collect a order with my twin babies in wilton shopping centre today and I dropped there soothers I went into the cafe and asked for a drop of water just so I could sterilise the soothers she women said yes there was no problem and went to get the water as she left another women came up and asked was I buying something and I said no I 'm OK I 'm being looked after and she goes ya but will you be buying anything and I said no I 'm OK thank you and her response was OK the hot water will be €1.20 so .. I could not get over the way she was speaking to me and that she was charging me. I just had walk away to two screaming babies as I had no money on me .. I will NEVER EVER go near this place again with the way she treated me.
Stopped here for lunch after busy shopping trip in Wilton shopping centre. As I'm coeliac and dairy free with lots of other intolerances, it's always difficult for me to find something, but it was so easy here. The staff mentioned that the owner is coeliac so it was very safe to eat . I was offered a curry with rice, Sheppard's pie or toasted sandwich. I went for the roast chicken breast with chips, veg and gravy. So lovely to have choices! The chicken was crispy and moist, really enjoyed my lunch! Will be back. The rest of the family had a lovely burger and Sheppard's pie and really enjoyed that too. Came to 50 euro including drinks so very reasonable price too.
