Kubo - Cork

I love this restaurant for its delicious food, generous portions, and fast, friendly service.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly flavorful and unbelievably delicious.

Kubos abruptly shut down at the end of 2023 without notifying its loyal customers through in-store, social media, or online channels. A sign was later posted on the window stating that renovations were taking place and the restaurant would be reopening soon. It is sad to see it being replaced by a generic taco chain. The owner's failure to communicate and lack of professionalism before the closure in Douglas is disappointing, especially considering the years of dedicated service.

My family and I went to dinner and it was amazing! really tasty, friendly staff, fast service and all that too affordable trips (especially in the opposite where it is located) the vegetarian options are diverse and as delicious as the meat and seafood options. all in all would recommend 100

Updated review (original below): went from 5 stars to 3 because in the last order of the szechuan fried rice came with pork in when it was not mentioned meat in the description, and meat was also in the vegetable rolls. Incredibly disappointing for a vegetarian. Nice food and good value for money. We love fried rice and the Szechuan peppermint beef. The side of the potatoes is also amazing!
