Loving Salads - Cork

I was here often as vegetarian and a few times as vegan and it offers brilliant for both! the vegan salads are clearly marked and I had enough to fill the 3 salad bowl, not sure whether it could swing for the 5 salads. also the vegan brownie is amazing! great value for money and nice chill vibes. can wait a dae, at peak times in wait, sometimes out of the door. the seat area is limited within.

Large selection of fresh, healthy and very tasty salads (including lenses, quinoa, cockerbsen and much alofgemüse.) Vegan options are clearly refined. only critique: they put all selected salads in a tub, so that all different dressings mix in botton. but it was still really delicious!

They love this place they have two shops in cork city and can also be found on the midleton build market on most Saturdays (depending on market open, it is seasonal they also have catering at the company for which I work!

You cannot go wrong with Loving Salads! They are quick, fresh, and oh so tasty! Whenever I go in I ask the staff which recommendations they have for vegan salads, and I have never been disappointed. The protein box is wonderful! Three salads, plus a protein, which turned out to be a HUGE vegan pattie, and they always ask if you want hummus and seeds as a topping, which is an absolute must! You get a lot of food for a really decent price!

A whole lot of vegan options, it feels fresh. Compostable cutlery too and sweet vegan treats. Has meat/fish options but almost everything is vegetarian/vegan. You can eat in or take away.
