Friendly hard working floor staff, trying to cope with a food service model that fails customers. It took 40 minutes for our starters to arrive and they were of poor food quality. While we waited for our meal, I lost count of how many takeaway orders were despatched. You're either a restaurant or a take away. Which is it? Woefully understaffed and the pizza plates were cold. Go to Bella Napoli instead to see how a proper pizzeria prepares and serves food. And the final insult? That will be the 80 euro bill...
