There is an older woman with glasses and unkempt hair working at this restaurant. She is extremely rude.

Our family has been frequenting this Chinese restaurant for the past 3 years. However, tonight when we placed our order, the woman on the phone made a mistake. Instead of chicken wings, she sent us onion rings. When we called to rectify the error, the restaurant insisted on charging us an additional 2.50 euros for the correct item. This level of service was unacceptable and left us feeling extremely disappointed. We will not be recommending this establishment to others and will not be ordering from here again.

I enjoyed the flavorful shredded chicken at The Big Spice Box, even though it was a bit tough.
