Supermac's - Cork

I went to the restaurant and ordered a large serving of fries with garlic sauce and cheese. I made sure to request fresh fries because in the past, I've gotten fries that were stale and the cheese didn't melt properly. Sadly, my recent visit was no different. Some of the fries were cold and seemed to have come from other orders nearby. I am worried about the temperature of the food as it is crucial for health and safety reasons. This visit to Supermacs was frustrating once again, with uncooperative staff.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! I wish there was a Supermac's in Liverpool. The food was absolutely delicious and worth the wait because it was cooked fresh. This was the best burger I've ever had and the chips were fantastic.

Hey yall this place is amazing alot better than MC donalds great food very tasty and fast polite service from everyone here. very clean restaurant bathrooms kept in immaculately clean state. Price are great and portions are just right healthy wraps great burgers pizzas chicken all very tasty. You can't go wrong with the food and always piping hot when you get it.

2 girls behind the counter who did not look please to see a customer facing them. Disinterested at best and grunted a few questions before presenting me with the worst take-away i have seen in a while. I was not expecting much and they over-delivered on that.

€7 for a dry bun and a miniscule piece of chicken. Not impressed. Terrible service, terrible food. Head of management should be informed of this misconduct.
