Worst nacho fries ever. did y'all run out of seasoning?

Worst Crunchwrap Supreme I've ever gotten, totally disappointed...definitely not worth the $6 they want to charge for it.

Ordered black beans because I'm vegetarian and there was meat and no black beans. The receipt states black beans. Couldn't eat my food, where can I request a refund?

Most of the time my food is perfect but there have been a few times something was missing or made wrong.

Great, fast food and wonderful service. I accidentally left my bag all my important documents here and the staff kept everything safe for me for a whole week before I finally had the opportunity to pick it up. Everyone I talked to on the phone and personally about it was especially helpful and friendly. Thank you to all the people in this Taco Bell!
