The staff is fantastic, the service is outstanding, and the manager, Shane, is very attentive and helpful.

I've been enjoying the brown sugar foam iced coffee for several days from various D&D locations, but this one was by far the worst experience. The drink is supposed to be just black coffee topped with brown sugar foam, which I appreciate since I can't handle the milk and sugar in other iced coffee options. Unfortunately, they added cream to my drink, making it much sweeter than what I had at other locations. It seems like a straightforward order: black coffee with foam from a can. Proper employee training is crucial for consistency. The staff was friendly, so I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just one—otherwise, I would have tossed the drink in the trash.

I wish I could go at least one month without getting a cup of coffee with coffee grounds in it. Nothing worse than going to take those last few drinks and swallowing coffee grounds. While most days, the coffee is good, I just cant seem to go too longwithout a crunchy surprise at the bottom of my cup.

The new Grilled Cheese with tomato pesto sandwich is awesome! Good service,great service very clean
