The restaurant offers great food, friendly staff, and a good atmosphere. I ordered a chicken bowl that was delicious - the chicken was tender and well-seasoned, there were a variety of fresh toppings, and the sauces were mouthwatering. A must-visit for lovers of Mexican food.

When Moe's is open, it is a great experience. The food is delicious and the service is usually fast. However, in the last six months, I have attempted to visit Moe's about six times due to not being in that area often. Unfortunately, three of those times, I was unable to be served even during their business hours. The first two times, they were short-staffed and had to close for the day without updating their hours online or on Google. On my most recent visit, I was told that their systems were not working properly and they could only accept cash payments. I asked if I could order through the app and pay, but was denied for reasons that were unclear to me. Again, there was no online update or sign on the door regarding this issue. The back part of the restaurant, used for storage, had an unpleasant smell of rotting food and dirty mop water. Additionally, I was charged $2 for a small portion of queso, which I found to be excessive. If the food wasn't so good when it was available, I would give this restaurant a one-star review. I urge Moe's to update customers on their real-time hours and consider implementing a more reliable system for processing non-cash payments. An explanation for why app orders were not being accepted, despite not using the store's systems, would be appreciated.

Moe's provided a delightful dining experience. The burrito was generously sized and bursting with flavor, all of the dishes were hot and fresh, and the salsas added a nice kick of spice. It's definitely the top choice for chain restaurant burritos, offering more options and flavors than its competitors. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making every guest, including myself, feel like a longtime friend.

These reviews are so outdated. The manager, Esther, is literally the sweetest and most friendly person you’ll ever meet. The food is so good and the service is great. The employees are very friendly and give you good portions. I go to this Moe’s at least once a week so this is literally my go to place when I work from home. Completely disregard all old reviews, they’re outdated.

I tried to redeem my birthday burrito at this location. I placed an order for pickup. I get to the store and the order is not ready. I speak to the manager. The manager claims that corporate called and said to cancel the order and to explain to me that if I want the burrito, that I have to pay for it. If you don’t want to make good on an offer, dont offer it then! How petty!
