Contribuisci feedbackI cannot sing the praises of this restaurant enough. During our two-week stay in Cornwall, we rented a house and reunited with friends and family we hadn't seen in two years. Dave provided us with spectacular lunches and dinners every day, ranging in price from £18 to £8. The meals were better and more imaginative than those of a fancy restaurant, and the service was outstanding. This took the stress out of meal preparation and grocery shopping for our large group. Everyone loved the food and eagerly anticipated each meal. Dave remained composed even when the bill unexpectedly increased or disappeared altogether. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Dave cooked for us during our peak season in 2019 at The Stack in Trelion, Cornwall, and it was a week we will never forget. His culinary skills were so impressive that we chose to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday there two years later. Even though it was December and lobsters were not in season, Dave made sure to arrange for local fishermen to provide them for our guests. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. Alongside Claire, his service was truly exceptional. It is clear that he is a master of his craft and a true professional.
We spent Easter weekend at Molecularscombe House to celebrate my 60th birthday with friends and family. Chef Dave was booked for Saturday night and prepared a 5-course menu that exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and Chef Dave's relaxed and happy personality made the evening even more special. Clare's assistance was wonderful as well. I will always cherish the memories of our evening at Molecularscombe House. Chef Dave also prepared a pleasant afternoon for 10 on Easter Sunday. We highly recommend Chef Dave for his excellent communication and culinary skills. Thank you to Dave and Clare for a fantastic experience.

Dave cooked for my husband and I and our 18 guests at our wedding in Cornwall. Throughout the whole process Dave was extremely professional and clear on what he could offer us on the day and what the prices were which is extremely helpful when planning a wedding. Dave cooked canapés for after our ceremony which were all delicious, the duck bon bons were a real hit! Everything was delicious and on time. The wedding breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the food was top quality and you can tell a lot of effort and love went into cooking all dishes. Our guests could not stop raving on about the food and even told us it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Dave also prepared for us an evening buffet which was equally as amazing and again the quality of all the food really was impeccable, I could not fault anything. The wine pairing that he suggested was also excellent and really added that little bit extra to the wedding breakfast. Aside from being a brilliant chef, Dave himself is so easy to talk to, puts you at ease, very professional but also brings his energetic and fun personality too which is wonderful to have on your wedding day. I cannot express how thankful we are to Dave and his team for everything they did on our wedding day. If you are even thinking about booking Dave for your wedding or any other event, just do it! You will not be disappointed. A massive thank you to Dave and his wonderful team for everything you did for us on our special day, we really appreciate it!
