Eddies Bakery - Corpus Christi

Eating was excellent! I wish we had eaten something like that I came from. this is the best restaurant we have eaten at a visit in Texas by far!

The carne guisada breakfast plate has been a delightful experience. The tender meat in gravy is absolutely delicious! Mmmm!

Great food. excellent service. everything was fresh and hot. very tasty. we had fajita omelettes, both bark meat and chicken. portions were large. roasted kartoffels and biscuits were included. we also tried a blueberry pancake. it was delicious. our server was friendly and accommodating. the prices are reasonable. that make a wonderful job with covid logs. this restaurant and bakery would definitely recommend.

The breakfast at this place is absolutely fantastic! Every time I visit Corpus Christi, I make sure to stop in for a meal. I've dined here multiple times, and I can confidently say that many items on the menu are incredibly tasty. My favorites are the huevos rancheros and carne guisada. The portions are generous, the tortillas are delicious and well-sized, and the salsa is outstanding. They also offer fountain sodas, which is a huge bonus! The fact that they serve Big Red says a lot about this restaurant, haha. Great Mexican places need to have Big Red on tap. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for those visiting from out of town—you won't regret it! Plus, the staff is very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I’m so glad we tried this place. My family and I were in Corpus for the weekend and decided to try Eddie’s on Sunday before heading back home. It was the best meal we had in Corpus and I told my husband I wish we had eaten every meal here. The food was so so good and fresh and everyone was so nice and friendly. I think they could probably tell we weren’t locals but they didn’t treat us as such! If we find ourself back in Corpus we will definitely be stopping here again!
