Contribuisci feedbackI don’t normally write bad reviews because I know what it’s like to own a business and sometimes people make mistakes and that’s ok but it’s the way you handle the customers after you have made the mistake that really matters. First of all when I walked in, i was completely ignored by one of the girls until what looked like her manger told her to serve me. I understand being in the middle of something but atleast greet me instead of keeping your head down. I and ordered 5 quesadillas and the lady put them in the bag and I payed and left. After I got home I saw that she only put 3 in my bag and I payed for 5. When I called to tell them this she said there’s nothing they can do and that I left too early while the other ones were cooking. She said thank you and gave me my bag insinuating that I could leave, so I didn’t “leave too early” when she put the manager on the phone I was told that next time I come in I can have the 2 quesadillas for free. We ended up coming to some sort of a solution but they never said “sorry about this we will sort it out for you” so rude and non apologetic over the phone and just really negative vibes all round. No smiles no “how you going?” When I first walked in.
Why does this Subway keep employing teenages with no brain power? Did they get rejected for a job at Mcdonalds so the end up here? Every single employee at Corrimal Subway acts like the salad comes out of their pay and can't comprehend a simple veggie delight order. Asked for spinich and the simpleton litterally put two piece on, I had to ask her 6 times for more. So painful, won't be back.
The sandwiches were not grilled adequately, and the meat was served cold!
The manager, or whoever she is, was incredibly rude to her staff. A fellow employee was trying to learn, but the manager treated them poorly in front of customers. Everyone learns at their own pace, and it was disheartening to see them made to feel inadequate. I felt uncomfortable in the situation and really empathized with the employee.
I do not recommend using the delivery service. I ordered three times, and each experience was worse than the last. Each time, I was in isolation and trying to feed my child something other than chips, which meant I couldn't go into the store for a refund or an order correction. The staff on the phone were unhelpful; I had to guide them on what to do, and then they would just say they'd pass the information on to the manager, who seems to never be available. The manager never returned my calls. I’ve definitely learned my lesson.
