That being other than the food, which was prefect. The amount of food for the price was agreeable, the food was unquestionably appealing and well the meals I tried, that being The Sweet Corn and Chicken Soup, The Garlic King Prawns, The Singapore Noodles and The Sweet Pork with BBQ Sauce tasted amazingly good and likely the best in the whole of Victoria's High Country. The food more then makes up for the lack of service and decor, and It's all cooked by one man named Ben.
Below average on the vegetarian front. The red curry was very unsatisfying.
I've never walked out of a restaurant leaving food because I thought it wasn't edible. The special fried rice was poorly done, we counted two prawns, frozen peas and a few bits of ham. The Pad Thai tasted so bad that we couldn't finish the dish Off to the supermarket for dinner. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40
The old thing at the bar was so rude. We are working in the bush fire effected area of Corryong for the past 2 weeks. We had a table of 6 booked and when we arrived she rudely said we had to leave because we live in Melbourne. Had no decorum nor any customer service skills. Not a good experience at all. The 1 guy sitting in the bar agreed she was rude as f@#k to us.
An amazing family run this beautiful restaurant with great food
