Nice atmosphere and homy feeling. Lunch was good, slow to come though. Plenty to browse their shop with local specialities and a few essentials. Recommend if you are driving in the area and have a bit of time to spare, with the convenience of a one stop multi purpose!
Great ambience and a sense of welcome also when enteringthe pickled parrot, great service and food allways of high standard.WELLDONE!!!
Beautiful cafe with beautiful friendly people. As a family we visited the Cafe, ordered milkshakes and coffee. Staff were so friendly and welcomed a chat. It was quiet the day we went but it was cold, rainy and wet.The Cafe was such a surprising little gem, it was warm and welcoming from the moment you went in, the furniture was a balanced mixed of wood, leather and stone. The Cafe also supports the township with a small supermarket section that has the basics and surprising little treats, frozen and fresh food is available. Be a great place to get food for a picnic while heading up to the mountain.I enjoyed seeing the eco friendly gifts and crafts that were for sale. There is a display of the snowy scheme and my 4 kids found it interesting to learn about the scheme through the information boards and the tv displays showing the current levels and flows within the dams and pipelines. This Cafe has great parking, accessibility for wheelchairs and mobility aids. The seating is tables, couches and lounge chairs, so you can find you area to enjoy. This Cafe would make a fantastic place to organise a group outing to for a lovely day drive and stop there for lunch or afternoon tea. The menu is reasonable and varied. The coffee was smooth and creamy, milkshakes were very yummy and cold.Children are very welcome here, there is even a play pen near the windows that gets the most amazing view of the mountains. There are toys and rubber mats for the kids and couches for parents to sit, relax and enjoy. A parents group meet up would suit this Cafe. There are clean and fresh public toilets attached to the complex suits all needs.I would recommend the Cafe highly, drop in if you are driving through and enjoy a beautiful coffee with some amazing views.Vegetarian options: Many options and staff happy to caterKid-friendliness: Excellent place for young kids, with a play pen for the crawlers. Couches and tables to please any need.Parking: Plenty of spaces for parkingWheelchair accessibility: Yes wheel chair and mobility aide accessible. Just park at the front of the Cafe and the access is where the cross walk is.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options.
