Huhot Mongolian Grill - Council Bluffs

Well filled buffet with fresh food, which are often added. fast friendly service of the chefs and servers alike.

Definitely gone downhill. They were out of a lot of things veggies, sauces and there was hardly any meat. The buffet area was really dirty, veggies mixed in with other veggies, sauces spilled all over the counter. Employees for standing around talking, and while we were waiting for our food to be cooked. The man and a woman working the grill were complaining about their coworker being in the bathroom too long. Said he was avoiding doing his job. Food was ok. but service definitely is not like it used to be.

Great service every time we come in and really good food

Servers and cooks were awesome as well as the manager Stephanie. Stephanie came to check in on us and made sure we had a great time and meal you don't see many managers working the door, helping prep the cooks stations , filling waters and running around like she was. She was everywhere at once it seemed like. Thanks for the great service ?

Had a wonderful evening at HuHot on Saturday night. Employees were so nice and the food was amazing. I am definitely going back for more.
