Kfc - Council Bluffs

I went through the drive-thru about 30 minutes before closing time, only to find that they were out of nearly everything on the menu. I asked if they could sell me whatever they had left and maybe give me a deal on it. The person at the window agreed, but when we got home, half of what she said would be included in the order was missing. We ended up with just a 16-piece wing order along with fries, corn, and coleslaw for $30. We won’t be coming back here again!

I purchased a bucket of 8 pieces of chicken, and it was incredibly disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and tasted like it had been fried in old oil. It even left a sticky residue in my mouth. I definitely won't be buying from here again.

The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. KFC consistently meets my expectations, and I can always count on that.

Each time I’ve stopped by this drive-thru, the staff at the window have been exceptionally friendly. The food here is consistently great. Once, they ran out of sandwiches, but they made up for it by offering a cookie. That’s the kind of service I truly value!
