Excellent cuisine! from the entrance to the dessert, everything was perfect. very good buffet breakfast!

Second stay in courban, and a cry of alarm: the hotel is hardly worth more than three stars. There are basic deficiencies: empty handkerchief box, no replacement of care products, etc. without evokeing the state of the buildings that let go slowly!sinon, a panoply of services, swimming pool, care, garden. which invite to the qualitative farniente. a flat for the service on the terrace that gets out of the ear. Breakfast is correct. the evening meal is a must. we had dinner there two nights in a row and the two menus chosen are one without fault. do not let the sommelier take the bite to the teeth, without which the addition feels. we have experienced it!!!!!

As much the hotel deserves a few discounts and a pool cleaning as the restaurant is perfect a magnificent top service apart from the sommelier really pushes to consume bottles out of price wines too expensive by against the dishes of the incredible tasting menu excellent fine refined delight

Takashi kinoshita is the Japanese chef at the courban castle restaurant. His kitchen is divine! There's no doubt he'll soon pick up a star. To discover absolutely!
