Taco Time Cantina - Courtenay

While on a shopping trip to Courtenay we stopped for lunch in this restaurant and what a great choice it was. They offered great service, a very tasty freshly prepared meal and prices were very reasonable. We're definitely going back.

We live several miles out of town. During our shopping days we have stopped here several times. As a fast food outlet that are tops. Always, courtesy is the best way to describe the staff. If your in a rush try this out. We'll prepared...fast food and a quiet place to have a quick lunch

On my first and last visit to this restaurant, I was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. There were no greetings, no polite expressions, and no smiles from the employees. It was clear that they had not been trained on how to properly treat customers. The two girls serving me seemed disinterested and only cared about taking my money. While the food was decent and affordable, the overall experience was unimpressive. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

This Mexican family restaurant is a great choice for delicious, tasty food and excellent service. The staff is talented, hardworking, and always go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and comfortable. The restaurant is clean and safe, making it a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend trying their crispy beef burritos – you won't be disappointed. Take a break, enjoy a fantastic meal, and have a great day.

I only rated this restaurant a 2 because the staff was very polite. However, the food was subpar. There was no hint of either Mexican or American cuisine in the dishes. It seems that the owners of this franchise have no understanding or appreciation of cultural or culinary traditions.
