Got a table at 6:45 on a Sunday ordered Sunday roast dinner to be told they had run out half an hour later people were getting a roast dinner

Lovely evening, staff were helpful and friendly and food was good. There is a nice atmosphere with pleasant surroundings.

We have used the White Lion for many tears for different occasions, but must admit the three times we've gone there this year 2017 have really been excellent.

Spent a lovely evening celebrating a birthday only downside was that it was very cold due to the draught coming from the garden door

No reservation record even though an email had been sent. Found us a table but rushed us through in an hour for two courses. Food was greasy and unpleasant. Unlikely to return.
