Church's Texas Chicken - Covington

The staff at the window was incredibly friendly and assisted me with my order. I had to wait 13 minutes for my chicken breast to cook, but it was brought out to my car afterward. The chicken was fantastic!

I'm not a fan of the distance to this restaurant, which I wish were closer, but my experience today was outstanding. I came in to order a family meal, and right in the middle of my order, the card machine lost connection, preventing my payment from going through. Fortunately, I had some cash on me. The staff member who helped me, Ashanti B, provided exceptional service even though I was feeling a bit irritated. She remained professional and was able to lift the mood of the situation with her wonderful personality. She truly made my visit enjoyable. I would definitely seek her out every time I come back!
