Mcdonald's - Covington

I was pleasantly surprised by the politeness of the young girl who took my order. Normally, you just get a quick "what's your order?" and then they throw the bag at you without even looking at you. It's hard to find good help these days, but that wasn't the case during this visit. Thank you for being polite.

The restaurant is conveniently located near many shops. The staff took their time with my order, even though I mentioned that I was from out of state and the menu was different from what I was used to. They had items like the McDouble and Double, which I did not see on my local menu. The food was delicious, especially the custom orders.

I drove through today and usually the service is slow and minimal. However, today there was a fantastic team of workers who were friendly, efficient, and beautiful. They double-checked my order, greeted customers with a smile, and made it a very pleasant experience overall. I would give them 4 stars, but they forgot to put pickles on my cheeseburger.

I ordered my meal. Instead of getting honey mustard, they gave me tangy bbq.
