They charged me an extra $1.00 for substituting oat milk instead of their regular milk in my latte. I was not warned about this and I feel like it is unfair for people who have diary allergens. Our waiter only came to us for a total of three times (putting in our order, bringing food, and bringing us the check.
Always upbeat and packed! I recommend going on a weekday mid-morning. There is not usually a wait at that time. When I am in the neighborhood, I always swing by for a dirty chai to-go. They make it fantastic every time.
We waited about an hour to eat here on a weekday during brunch hours. I have to say this was 100% worth the wait. We’re visiting from out of town and decided to stop by a try it out. We got the biscuits, pancakes, crab omelette, and the brisket hash. Every dish hit the mark. This was probably the best brunch I’ve had in the last few years. Don’t miss your chance to give it a try if you’re in the area!
Amazing breakfast. Very busy, but they have earned it.
The food is really good, if heavy and a bomb to the stomach. It’s a popular place — for good reason — but that doesn’t excuse how bad their hostess operation is. Standing in the rain with a dozen other waiting to put a name in is all the more brutal when watching the hostess aimlessly folding napkins rather than working her clipboard. YIKES
