Buffalo Wild Wings - Cozumel

I went to pick up my online order at 1:20, got there minutes earlier than my scheduled prep time just to let the business know that I was there. I was greeted upon initial entry which is perfect, then I was waiting almost 45 minutes for my food. I was told multiple times by different people that it was coming up fresh. That ceased to be true. Worst place on earth. None of the people who works there know what they doing

Walked in and waited at the counter for 10 minutes before walking out because not a single employee spoke a word to us. I made direct eye contact with 2 different employees, yet neither one walked over or sent anyone to the front counter. There was one large top table in the dining room. NJ was our server and she was amazing. I wish I had more to give her. Our food was good. They were busy with a lot of people but we didn't wait long or anything

I very much appreciate the veterans day deals. However, this particular location was ill equipped for the crowd. The service was a little slower which is understandable on today. A few orders were off, and requests were slow to arrive. I'd come back, but not during busy times.
