Cafe Abyssinia - Cozumel

Delicious food and friendly service in an unassuming and welcoming atmosphere. We tried lots of highly recommended restaurants during our trip to the city but Abyssinia was the favorite of all! Two entrees shared between two of us was more than enough and they gave plenty of injera. The doro wat and lamb alicha were both fantastic!

Drank paid for bottled water for 40 minutes waiting for food. Lamb was overcooked/rubbery; red lentils were good. The waitress was friendly and gave us an additional free bottle of water during the wait.

Simple but very nice place. I have been fond of Ethiopian food for year's. The service was good. Didnt have much trouble finding a parking spot close by. I will go back.

Amazing food, atmosphere at staff. One of my favorite places to eat.

This is my favorite restaurant in the world. Delicious food, great portion sizes, great service.
