Chick-fil-a - Cozumel

Would be nice if they posted their actual hours. Food was good as usual for Chick-fil-A, but service was bottlenecked since only one person was collecting meals. Seems this was faster service the way it used to be set up. I avoided the long line the last

Rude staff. The past two times I’ve been there, two different cashiers were rude. They found it more important to play on their cell phones than to address the customers in line. This place seems to have issues keeping the basic things in stock. Like ice, or bread for their chicken minis.

Love the food and friendly staff. I was a little disappointed that they still have a limited menu and that I couldn't get the grilled nuggets.

I’ve gotten a partly cooked partly raw nugget from here on two separate times, I’ve always been in a rush so I’ve just trashed it. But they don’t take the app, points, or Chick-fil-A gift cards here and that does make it frustrating. Wait time isn’t bad but the ketchup packets are always sticky with some brown sludge on the outside of them. If you grab some, use a napkin instead of just your hand.

Chic fil a is always consistent and the food is always good.
