Ihop - Cozumel

Place feels run down. Wall tile by bathroom door loose and leaning on wall.

Seated quickly and then nothing..... after about 10 minutes in a very quiet restaurant eventually someone came over, no introduction, no interest, we waited and waited after another ten minutes no sign of coffee, gave up and left — stay clear, as someone else said worst Ihop in the USA

Not enough people working. Servers and seating attendees needed to work the front desk. Sign of the times imagine, nobody wants to work.

I would have liked to give a good rating but the food is horrible, the meat tastes sweet, the egg doesn't even taste like an egg, the French bread looks good but very poorly done, and quite expensive for what they serve

10:59am..I 10 Service Rd 11/30. Hostess standing a good distance from the podium while customers waited.. Had to request her for seating. Black scrubs on no name tag. Had to request waitress. Waitress(Courtney< i think) only one seemed to be professional. Ordered Waffle combo, eggs scrambled with cheese, sausage. A slice of cheese laying atop cold eggs. I attempted to mix them in LOL. Looked as though prepared by a 6 yo. Secret shoppers will win everytime. WALKED OUT!
