Pj's Coffee - Cozumel

This review is LONG overdue! I ordered two cups of coffee and a muffin on December 6 to have delivered through an app. When I received my order, one cup was large, and the other was small. I immediately called to have my order “corrected“the young lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and polite; she told me that she’d have the manager call me. I ordered a cookie dough oat milk latte with whipped cream and did not have whipped cream on my drink nor did anything in the drink taste as advertised. It honestly looks and tastes like a basic hot coffee. And my turkey sausage and egg sandwich was cold and look deformed/unappealing. If not for traveling out of state not having time to turn around, I would have come back for a refund. Very dissatisfied with my order and would not come back here again.

Coffee isn’t bad, prices are a little expensive though and when I was going through the drive thru they asked if I would like to leave a tip. A little bit of a tough and awkward question through the drive thru and it seemed if I said no I wouldn’t get my drinks or would get looked at bad. I don’t mind tipping, but asking someone in a drive thru if they want to tip you while holding their credit card is a little strange to me

I always go through the drive thru. The staff is always friendly and efficient! When I pull up to the window for my order, I'm always greeted with a warm smile. Thanks for your excellent customer service!
