Contribuisci feedbackFirst red flag, they had me wait 10 mins before taking my order, and didn 't acknowledge or speak to me until a few minutes before they took my order. I could tell from the time I spent waiting that we were dealing with a trio of unexperienced workers. Which is unwise to do scheduling wise for a franchise that promotes their specials on FRIDAYS. Today is a Friday, for context. However, I had no thought that they would cost me 20 mins of my time to get a smoothie bowl and no time to stay and enjoy! Mind you, it 's the most expensive thing on the menu and after taking my order, I waited another 10 minutes for them to make the smoothie bowl. All the while, they served two people immediately and provided them with their smoothies. That was the second red flag, customers coming in after you and getting their products before you. NO BUENO! Additional red flags, I kept having to repeat my order to the guy at the register and all I wanted was to sub bananas for mangoes. Then there was a young woman with extremely long braids who kept having to pull her hair back. I do not care to see someone with gloves on handling food, and adjusting their hair. Luckily for me, she wasn 't the one who prepped my food. She was too busy disappearing every two seconds. Which perhaps explained why they were slow even though Google says live: not too busy. Honestly, I 'm not as frustrated with them as I am with myself. For the price I paid for my son 's lil Angel basic smoothie and my smoothie bowl $19, I could have made my own at home. Thanks for the motivation to save money and make my own!
Horrible service, barely filled my cup up with smoothie very unorganized. My entire lunch break was wasted
Hello. I usually order pickup through the app, but my car is in the shop, so I utilized the app delivery option for the first time. I ordered 3 smoothies paid $30 plus a tip for smoothies that I feel wasn't packaged correctly for delivery. All of the restaurants, I've ordered delivery from in these past 2 weeks have the drinks food sealed tamper resistant. My smoothies came with no seal or paper taped over the straw hole, no tape on the cup, it was too easily accessible. In today's world, there is no such thing as being too paranoid I didn't drink them or let my kids drink them. Maybe I've been watching too many FB videos of delivery drivers tampering drinking out of drinks, but better safe than sorry.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, and made me laugh. One young man suggested The Hulk, and I enjoyed it. The music was good. Just a great environment when I stopped in stressed from going to the dr, it was a really nice break from life. Give the staff bonuses!
The young workers are nice but their manager, Brittany has a negative and off putting attitude. Like rolls her eyes and sucks her teeth type of attitude.
