Contribuisci feedbackEating was fantastic! bold aromen and interesting ensembles that they thought enthusiastic about the next cure. the service was impeccable throughout the venue, from host to waiter to sommelier. the highlight were the strata that the main ommelier shared over every wein that paired our 7-course dinner. we recommend
We were visiting from NSW .Looking forward to a fine dining experience in a hatted restaurant.. I can't fault the floor staff, they were friendly and attentive. The service was professional. The views are lovely. The bread is delicious. The let down was the food. We had the 4 course degustation $179 each. Between us we tried 8 different dishes and not one of them wowed us. . I really wanted to love this but I am still scratching my head how the kitchen could get it so wrong. We were staying in the house and on check out we gave feedback. . Bravo to on the staff for being responsive to guests.
Hardy's restaurant is located in an excellent location. The food was presented with a fine eye for detail and delivered on tastes. The staff were accommodating, especially the sommelier.
We had the degustation. The restaurant staff were ok, the maître de annoying. Nan the Sommelier was outstanding as were the paired wines presented. The food was ok. Highlights Wagyu, Pork and Tooth fish. Unfortunately we were comparing our experience to an amazing degustation at Magill Estate earlier in the year. Magill Estate was sublime, Hardy’s was an ok lunch. If you love a degustation experience value for money would be Darry’s Verandah. Another tip is ensure you check the bill at Hardy’s as we were overcharged.
We came here for my brothers 21st birthday and we paid a ridiculous amount of money and expected something special. The portions of food are ridiculously tiny enough to feed a toddler with the whole course. The food was nothing special and to me its the biggest scam of an overpriced restaurant. Fake class! Do not recommend.
