The Tea Cottage At Bolton Abbey

This café is a hidden treasure. We arrived on a rainy day with our soaked dog and were warmly welcomed by the staff. We especially enjoyed sitting by the open fire. The coffee was delicious and the homemade mince pie with brandy cream was wonderful. Thank you!

Lovely lunch and just what we needed after a long way walk. Very friendly and good food. A fire would have made the experience even better.

After a long walk we decided to call in for refreshments. Friendly welcome at the door and as rain was forecast we asked for a table inside. We were shown to delightful table overlooking the river. Lovely cream tea, dog got a couple of treat biscuits and had a lovely chat with the owner. Very highly recommended.
