Baskin-robbins - Crest Hill

They never have what I ask for is rubbish. they never have what i ask for this place is real rubbish

IMO this has to be one of the worst Baskin Robbins in the area. Ordered a medium Oreo Capuchino blast and the added probably 1/2 a scoop it was mostly ice, just horrible.

Great little walk up ice cream shop. Service is always friendly and prices are pretty unbeatable. Many different choices for dipped cones. We are newer to the area and have definitely found our regular go-to spot for ice cream.

Every single time I come to this location the staff ALWAYS have a problem when I order. They always mess up my order, today I repeated my order over 3 times and when I got to the window I had to repeat it AGAIN. EVEN after that when I got my order it was wrong.
