There was information on the menu where each ingredient came as well as thoughtful thanks note and maps from the supporting farmers. Next time we'll return to Crested Butte.

Dinner in the Sunflower was absolutely amazing! Really enjoyed the positive energy and impeccable service of all employees who were rivaled by all incredible food from the kitchen. Everything was on site! Was out with my brother and a good friend over two weeks and was just one of the best food dinner experiences we had. Would you like to give all personnel owners a call for a very unforgettable experience. Can't wait for the next visit... Thank you very much!
Can't recommend this place enough! We were a group of 7 on a Saturday celebrating our friends 30th, so we were a little "crease" than the average patron (I suppose) a lot of date night people (which I would also do here). Atmosphere: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Instead of ordering each person individually, the staff suggested the family style “Last Supper”. They took care of the vegetarian we had in the group, which was great. We had a delicious corn-bisque soup with popcorn, kale Caesar salad, ..especially everything on the menu. Everything was fresh and removable. I am a very picky eater (Denken Hähnchen zarte ich neige, from vegetable and seafood). I've eaten squash, tuna tarts, that has changed my life. I couldn't say no to try (and a second portion) everything. Staff: 12/10 not only helped to celebrate birthday (without previous knowledge), they were so friendly and fun. We were treated like family.
Worth more than a detour. If I had a Michelin Star to give I would, but instead I will have to settle for a Rebecca star. We had all the small plates split between a party of four and it was the perfect dinner experience. Both the service and the food was dreamy, to say the least. 10 out of 10 give these people your money.
