Hardee's - Crestview

The bread was so stale that I had to take it off my hamburger and eat the burger without it. My French fries were cold, even though I had asked for them to be hot. Additionally, the menu listed the price as $9.49, but I was charged $10.49. When I asked about it, the woman said it was due to tax, but the receipt showed a price increase that didn’t match the menu.

Almost always leave something out of your order. Last time we got gravy biscuits with no forks and no napkins. This morning when I took a few seconds to make sure my order was correct the woman who was working the window asked me to pull up because their service is timed. I guess quick is more important than correct. Update: I'm done with this location after our August experience. 15 minutes parked waiting for our food (the lobby is not open) and then one of our gravy biscuits already had the gravy on it (this isn't how they're normally packaged) and the other had plastic wrap over the gravy container. When we stopped to eat the gravy had leaked and for our two gravy biscuit combos we had one fork and one knife. This place should close if they can't do any better than they are doing now.

I always eat here and eat is always great and it is not something that would make me take a star away, but I can't believe that this is her milkshake. it may be half a cup milkshake and then a fourth cup milk cream and then nothing in the lid. I will not get milkshakes from this place again. that was very disappointing.

Through the drive thru, got our order and drove to the first stop sign. while we waited for the lively carbahn at the stop sign, a very dedicated and honest employee came out, screamed and stopped us. we had driven off without our debit card. I can't thank her enough!

Always polite and patient staff, my eating is always hot and tastes fresh. also my eating looks neat and packed well in the opposite to some who only throw food together. I enjoy stopping it here when I go through.
