Wendy's - Crestview

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food is exceptional, and the service is equally impressive. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, and I believe those breakfast dishes should be available all day long. Since our vehicle is too big for the drive-thru, they kindly allowed me to place my order over the phone and pick it up at the window. I have to say that Wendy’s has been the best fast-food option during the pandemic, as every location has been very accommodating for professional drivers. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I had a wonderful experience! The staff during lunchtime were resourceful, cheerful, and extremely helpful. The food was beautifully presented. I will definitely drive the extra distance to visit this Wendy's more often.

I had a lengthy wait in a long line of cars, likely due to staff shortages. However, when I finally reached the window, a friendly young man named Xavier, who seemed a bit stressed and overworked, greeted me with a quick smile as he handed me my meal. He apologized for the wait, and I expressed my appreciation for his presence. Xavier truly stands out; despite dealing with impatient customers, he still managed to maintain a positive attitude and offer an apology. This speaks volumes about his character, and I hope Wendy's recognizes the value of employees like him. Thank you, young man—you made my night better!

Quality eats. Out of Coke Sprite; so, I had to dig deep for a selection. I guess we have Uncle Joe to thank for the lack of product; however, still disappointing. Burgers were good; so, that was a win.

Thank you for the napkins in my bag! These days when I go through a drive-through they never put napkins in the bag. The only downside to this breakfast meal was the bacon. I believe it's precooked and it was tasteless. I will not order the bacon again. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you
