Whataburger - Crestview

They put in a lot of effort to maintain order accuracy, and everything on the menu is consistently available. Both the service and food quality are good. However, the wait times at the drive-thru can be quite long, which is a sign of the restaurant's popularity. I highly recommend this Whataburger.

We informed one of the employees, and they refunded us and offered us a whole new meal each. My partner finished his burger since it was cooked properly and saved the other to eat later. However, when he went to eat his second burger today, he noticed it was pink as well. So not only was my first burger undercooked, but the replacement meal was also problematic. The employee we spoke to had a bit of a poor attitude, but we chose to overlook it because our food should have been cooked properly—it’s part of their job. Whataburger needs to step up and ensure their employees are checking that food is cooked thoroughly. No one wants to go to a restaurant and find pink meat on their plate, so why should anyone else have to deal with that? I won't be returning to this Whataburger again, and I do not recommend it.

I waited in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes, thinking that such a long wait would guarantee hot, fresh food. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The fries were cold, and I ordered a burger with extra pickles and cheese (I'm not sure why Whataburger doesn't have a cheeseburger option). The burger was at best lukewarm, and the cheese was hard. There were ten pickles piled on one side of the burger. I'll be looking for a different place to eat.

1. here! the person who hired the order in drive thru was friendly and helpful. there was a waiting time, but it was worth definitiw. ordered a patty melt with salat and tomato, swash rings and a dr. pepper shake. the patty melt was hot, fresh and seasoned exactly right. my thigh rings had a light, thin, crispy teig, as I like them, they were perfect, and the dr. Pepper shake I couldn't stop. in any case here.

Best whataburger in florida. the personal had all the gloves on the bretagne was my cash tonight and she put my order right and had very fast service. very impressed! the food was fresh and delicious,
