At The Office - Crestwood

The service was quite slow, and there were only a handful of customers in the restaurant. We ordered a few beers and three straight drinks. When we received our bill, there were several errors. We asked the server to correct the number of beers, which she did, but she refused to remove the $12 surcharge for adding ice to the scotch. Additionally, there was a $6 charge for having no ice in the tequila shot. This feels like taking advantage of customers. To top it off, she added a 20% tip to the bill. Really?! This isn't the kind of place I'd return to.

The food was enjoyable, although the floors could use some extra cleaning. The prices were reasonable for what we ordered. My partner had the steak burger salad, while I tried the onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and shrimp tacos as appetizers. The rice and beans on the side were particularly flavorful. I’m willing to give them another shot and return in the future. Overall, I think At The Office is a nice sports bar with tasty food, so I recommend giving it a try.

My first visit here on September 17th was disappointing. The hostess handed out menus to two Caucasian tables before us, even though we had been seated five minutes earlier. The food was just average—nothing to write home about. The highlight of our experience was our server, Jordan, who was fantastic and attentive. He made us feel welcome, which was a stark contrast to the hostess. Unfortunately, the reviews I've read seem to ring true; it feels like if you are Black or Brown, you may not receive a warm welcome.

Food was so so. Service was great. Excellent selection of beer on tap.

The waiter Jodi failed to bring me water after asking on several occasions, she?s decided to bring it with the bill. Our meals were served cold. I?m not a fan and will not ever dine there again. Luckily the business adds a gratuity to subtotals over100.00 or she would have felt my disappointment in her tip. She didn?t deserve the 18%tip. Word of advise Jodi, I normally tiphalf of what my bill is, so in the meantime you might want to brush up on your customer service skills little girl because thereare other people out here tip well too. Brush up your act so you don?t mess up your tips. ????????
