Little Caesars Pizza - Crestwood

Order Pizza on November 20th for delivery. Tell me why they decide to cancel my order after 45 minutes, basically the time they said is delivered. I wait for my refund and NO ONE answers the phone in this store. The customer service number is just as bad.

The service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. Each time I've visited, I've had to remain patient while observing the staff, who seem to lack urgency and fail to follow order details properly. It would be great to have employees who truly want to provide excellent customer service!

I ordered a pizza and my sister ordered brownies at 9:00 PM, well ahead of their 10:30 PM closing time. Unfortunately, she was given cookies instead of brownies, and they were raw. We were told that the brownies come frozen and just need to be microwaved. I won’t be returning to this location – save your money and go elsewhere.

Very fast and friendly service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was promptly asked about my order that I was waiting on. They were making it at the time and I knew it would be a bit of a wait for what I ordered. I got a cool little batman poster for ordering the batman calzony it came as a surprise because I wasn't expecting anything other than what I ordered. I'm very happy I chose to come here for lunch today.

The manager on down to the cashier needs to be fired this place is unacceptable on every level People work hard for there money and come to your restaurant and they get no quality service this is not acceptable, i was served uncooked pizza that i waited 45 min to receive and it was not busy at all. Also the Regional manager need to come in and take a look
