We have been eating from this place for a while and have been regular customers up until now. We ordered the large house kebab for 2 and 2 chicken sandwiches and collected the order. When we got home, the salad was missing. I can’t eat kebab without the salad and shouldn’t have to as it was their mistake. We phoned and asked for someone to send it which they refused saying we had to come all the way back to pick it up. I decided to eat the chicken sandwich instead. It was inedible. It was so dry, I couldn’t bite into it. I asked for a refund which was also refused because I had attempted to eat the sandwich. Not even offered discount on our next purchase. POOR POOR SERVICE. Never again.

The food at this restaurant was outstanding, with good portion sizes and incredible flavors. I ordered and picked up my food in just 20 minutes, which was enough to feed four people. I highly recommend this restaurant. The takeout service was fast and efficient. The price per person is very reasonable, ranging from £1 to £10. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and I would rate it a 5. I recommend trying the Kofte Kebab and Chicken Kebab dishes.

I requested for the salad to be separate from the kebab due to my friend's allergies, but was surprised to be charged extra for it, especially since the salad usually comes with the kebab. The extra charge was unexpected and I was not informed about it beforehand. When I inquired about the charge, the staff simply shrugged their shoulders.
