Dunkin' - Crossing

Been going here for 20 years at least and they always had a bathroom but now they don't allow customers to use the bathroom anymore. They have an out of order sign for weeks. Won't be stopping here again.

This is the second time they've forgotten a main items. They don't pay attention and it's ridiculous. Definitely not how to run a business. Can't be that hard to make sure all items are in the bag. The list is literally taped on the bag. I would avoid this place all together. There are plenty of other DD close by! NEVER

I placed an order online , The person in charge did not want to give me my coffee, because they were supposedly closed and cleaning, when that was not true , Closing time was 7, there were still 30 minutes left. Apart from the terrible attitude ? without a doubt I will not

Bagel was bad.. the everything bagel had nothing on it.. and Toasted dark doesnt exists i guess since my bagels as cooked as if it came out of the microwave........ the male worker with curly black hair wiped his nose on the back of his hand, was drinking near mobile orders.. used a spoon to stir my tea, put it in a metal cup with other spoons.. then took a spoon out of the cup and used it in my drink again... the health and safety hazards of this place is astounding.
