Hardee's - Crossville

I have never had a problem with this Hardee's. My food is always hot, the service is friendly, and they always exceed my expectations.

The order was wrong and the service was rushed. We had to inquire about whether everything we ordered was included.

The food was slightly cold as it had been left under the heat lamps for too long. I waited for almost 10 minutes and was considering leaving before someone finally took my order, while at least three other people were standing and watching me.

After going to this restaurant 6 or 7 times, I've finally decided to share my experience. Every time I have visited, I have requested ketchup or sauce while ordering, but without fail, I never receive any sauce, ketchup, or napkins. I always double check before sitting near the window, sometimes waiting for a while for the server to notice that I am still there.

The service was slow at this restaurant, but I used the drive-thru and ordered a number one. After waiting for a while, they finally opened the window and told me my burger was being freshly cooked, asking me to pull up. Instead, I went inside and received my food from a friendly employee who apologized for the wait. I quickly checked my bag before leaving and found that my small fry had been upgraded to a large fry, which was hot and crispy. My burger was also hot and fresh. It's the little things like this that make life more enjoyable! Overall, a job well done by the staff. This restaurant has parking for 40 vehicles.
