Burger Zone - Crowley

Terrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes for my order and still didn’t receive the correct food. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Tonight, I had a grilled chicken dinner that consisted of three small bites, accompanied by just eight fries and no salad. It definitely wasn't worth almost $7.

I ordered two BLTs with an extra egg, but I only received one, which was meant for two sandwiches. After driving around, they decided to cook another one, but I knew it would be cold by the time I got home. They mentioned they read the order incorrectly, and I thought this situation could have been a good opportunity for them to retain my business. Instead, I ended up discussing the other BLT and requesting a refund for it.

Thanks for their service. I am am amazed at her spicy chicken salad .l have no bad comebacks on ya’ll.
