Banana Leaf - Croydon

As an Indian and new in the city, we believed in some domestic South Indian food when we came across the banana leaf. the food was super secret and delicious. the cook, mr. chandran, has a warm personality and if they want a good South Indian food with a ghar ka tadka, that is their place.

I came to taste food for my wedding and the chef went above and beyond my expectations in friendliness and taste . He helped me out so much and I am highly grateful.

Enjoy the flavoursome and perfect South Indian meal at the Banana Leaf. This is our place to go for a small date in fact. The crunchy paper dosa and filling masala dosa are the mandatory orders from us. The menu includes numerous options to select and definitely a must try to each of them. I totally recommend this cute little place to everyone and try anything you want. The chef and restaurant's staff are amazing, friendly and kind. And please don't forget the RASAM!!

Excellent food and service! The ingredients were fresh and tasty and the service was quick and really attentive. Will definitely be going back! The prices are reasonable as well and we'll justified for the quality of food. Don't be put off by the exterior or surrounding area the food is top notch!

Extremely wonderful restaurant, I came with my friends after playing tennis and we were all very hungry. The food was extremely delicious as well as the customer service. Honestly this has to be one of my favourite restaurants in London. Highly recommended!
