Kfc - Croydon

As I mentioned, having perfectly fried food is all about timing and luck. Sadly, this dish was a little dry.

I waited in line without any acknowledgment from the staff. The server had a heavy accent, making it difficult to understand them. When my food order arrived, I only received two items and one of them was wrong. The staff insisted that I had ordered it and refused to make it right. I wasn't impressed and found my burger to be dry and tough to chew. Overall, there are better quality and more affordable chicken spots in Croydon. Not worth the cost.

Had taken some food there too long and the gravy did not taste quite burger was beautiful, although unlike that it was ok

The ordered food via the machine then had to wait minen until they were ready. cold and uncooked. overall shocking and customer service was horrific!

Received the wrong order. Meals that were received were all mixed up in different boxes. Didn’t bother including a whole meal and extras that were paid for. Everything was cold. Chicken was rubbery and uncooked I’m places. Will never buy from here again. Refused to...answer the phone to correct order or to provide a refund. Shocking!
