Contribuisci feedbackThis was our first visit to 1776 and we loved it. Despite it being a cool autumn evening, the outdoor seating was pleasing and comfortable. My wife and I both appreciated that the music was not loud--we could easily have a conversation without trying tospeak over the music. We ordered off the weekly specials, including a calamari starter, a house salad (try the charred scalliondressing! and pork chop and trout entrees. I wouldn't call the portion sizes generous, but I'm not exaggerating when I say thatevery bite was so good we wanted to savor them. Their coffee is excellent and Heather's service was warm and attentive. Wewill be back!
I really enjoyed our dinner here! Our waitress Kelly was amazing. We started with charcuterie which came with an amazing cheddar. For the main I chose the elk rack- I'd never had elk before and it was phenomenal, and cooked perfectlytemperature-wise. Also tried the apple fritters for dessert. We will be back!
Highly recommended. My spouse and I came here last summer and was wowed by the best salad we've ever had. It was made up of simple lettuce leaves and yet it tasted so good. The secret is in how they source all of their ingredients high quality andfresh from local producers. We went back for a family get together and everyone was pleased.
The food was soooo yummy! Loved the atmosphere. Coffee was great. Servers were nice too. The desert was probably my favorite thing to eat lol the bathrooms were very clean and cool Inside. I will definitely be back. Can't wait to check out the lunchmenu!!
We had to remember when we first viewed the limited menu. we started the charcuterie board and it was great. the waitress recommended a wein that was great. suppe and salate, where very good. we all ordered various entrees and they, where all fantastic. we will go back.
